At Marvel, we always strive for your satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have outlined our Return and Exchange Policy below.
1. Return and Exchange Policy

Cosmetics & Personal Care Products:
For your safety and hygiene, these items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are in their original condition. -
Damaged Products:
Damaged items can be exchanged for the same product only. You must provide clear video evidence showing the defect from different angles within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the order. -
Intact (Non-Defective) Products:
These cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Devices & Perfumes:
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. -
Opened Perfumes:
Cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. -
Tester Perfumes:
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Return Fees

Intact Products:
As stated above, non-defective products cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Damaged Products:
Marvel will bear the full cost of shipping and fees.
3. Canceling an Order After Shipping

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days only after the products have been returned to our warehouse.
4. How to Exchange a Damaged Product

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
5. Processing Time

The return or exchange process is completed within 7 to 14 days after we receive the product and verify its condition.
6. No Exchange for Different Products

Same-Item Policy: Exchanges are strictly limited to replacing a damaged item with the same item.

New Orders: We do not exchange damaged items for different products. If you wish to purchase a different item, we will issue a refund for the damaged product, and you may place a new, separate order for the desired item.
